What are your shipping rates and delivery timeframes within New Zealand?
We offer nationwide shipping across NZ. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Infa Group NZ focuses on serving our local customers within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this stage, but we are looking into expanding our reach in the future.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return most items in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please note that certain hygiene-sensitive or clearance items may be excluded.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey via our courier partner's website.
What payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
